GeoPics is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Quinn Scott. GeoPics is based in and operated from Colorado, United States.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GeoPics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the service. Continued use of GeoPics constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

3. Eligibility

GeoPics is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. By using GeoPics, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Accounts created in violation of this requirement may be suspended or terminated without notice.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree that any actions taken through your account are your responsibility. GeoPics is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos or content you upload to GeoPics (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant GeoPics a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, limited license to store, process, and display such content solely as necessary to operate and provide the service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to upload and use all User Content. GeoPics does not review, verify, or monitor User Content and is not responsible for its legality, accuracy, or appropriateness. GeoPics reserves the right to remove any content at any time, for any reason, without notice.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use GeoPics to: Upload illegal content Upload copyrighted or proprietary content you do not have rights to Harass, stalk, threaten, or dox others Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the service Circumvent usage limits, subscriptions, or security features Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.

7. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds.

Prices and subscription features are subject to change. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the user. You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancellations through your account. Refunds are not provided, except where required by law. GeoPics is not responsible for charges incurred due to failure to cancel a subscription.

8. Service Availability and Data

GeoPics is provided “as is” and “as available.” There is no guarantee of uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access. GeoPics makes no guarantees regarding data retention or preservation and is not liable for any loss of maps, images, or data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoPics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. GeoPics’ total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to GeoPics for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or zero dollars ($0) if you have not paid for the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GeoPics from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

GeoPics reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, remove content, or restrict access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding must be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Colorado, United States.

13. Changes to These Terms

GeoPics may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
